Office Manager with a Technical Focus (f/m/d)
We are looking for an all-rounder with strong organizational talent and a solution-oriented mindset, combined with a high affinity for IT and an interest in digitalization!
YOUR TASKS

General office support tasks (e.g., orders, shipping and customs handling, management of supplier portals, etc.)

Travel planning and booking

Support with various minor IT issues as well as simple programming for one-off projects (e.g., trade fair demos

Automation of office processes/documents using AI

Structured management and maintenance of technical documentation (including timesheets, vacation overviews, and project plans)
YOUR PROFILE

Accurate, reliable, and responsible way of working, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality

Quick comprehension and resilience in solving problems that arise spontaneously

Flexibility and willingness to act independently

Technical education (university or university of applied sciences) or experience in the areas mentioned above

Knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficient use of MS Office, affinity for AI tools

Knowledge of networking and basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are an advantage

Excellent spelling and grammar in German and English
e offer a part-time position (32 hours/week, minimum 25 hours/week) in a young, highly interesting high-tech company in Vienna (near the main railway station) with attractive remuneration.
The annual gross salary for this position is EUR 33,000 (fulltime) and above, we offer overpayment in line with the market depending on qualifications and experience.
